Hubert Godusławski
Tax advisor, an expert specializing in family business succession, tax planning, taxation of restructuring and reorganization of business entities, as well as international tax law and transfer pricing.
He gained professional experience in companies from the so-called “big four” in mergers and acquisitions teams, transaction consulting, and international taxes.
He advised on some of the larger restructuring transactions for VC and PE funds, recommending the most optimal acquisition scenarios and subsequent operational actions.
Then, as an in-house in a group belonging to the 10th richest family in the world, he coordinated corporate matters with particular emphasis on international taxes, including withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
He served as Deputy Director in the Ministry of Finance, where he participated in work on the general anti-abuse clause (GAAR), family foundations, and the investment agreement.
He represented Poland in the working groups at the European Commission and the OECD.
He is the author of publications in the field of tax law.
